Job summary

OnTarget Communications in Switzerland (Fully onsite) seeks skilled B1 and B2 licensed engineers to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of advanced aircraft systems. The role emphasizes certifying maintenance, compliance, and technical leadership in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will oversee maintenance tasks, provide fault diagnosis and corrective actions, and coordinate with engineering and airworthiness teams to resolve issues and support AOG operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical base maintenance experience on fixed-wing aircraft or avionics.
• Holder of EASA Part-66 license.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as certifying staff for maintenance activities within the client’s organization.
• Oversee completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including review and execution of related work orders.
• Provide technical guidance, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions to resolve aircraft issues.
• Document maintenance activities accurately and ensure compliance with regulations and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal component repair, engineering, and airworthiness departments to resolve maintenance matters.
• Support aircraft recovery operations and assist customers during AOG events when required.

• Serve as certifying staff for maintenance activities within the client’s organization

• Oversee the completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including the review and execution of related operational work orders

• Provide technical guidance, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions to resolve aircraft issues

• Document all maintenance activities accurately and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and technical documentation

• Coordinate with internal component repair, engineering, and airworthiness departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance matters

• Support aircraft recovery operations and assist customers during AOG events when required

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in base maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft or avionics

• Holder of EASA Part‑66

• Fluent in English

• 2+ years experience as Certifying Staff on type aircraft

• Working knowledge of 145 MRO. and PO part 21 - Advantage
