Job summary

Pilatus in Chamblee, GA seeks Avionics Technicians I/II/III to perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation and testing of avionics and electrical systems on PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. You will follow FAA regulations and approved maintenance procedures, providing technical guidance as needed.

Roles require strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork, with overtime and field support as needed. Training and mentorship are part of the team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; FAA A&P certificate required or eligibility.
• 2–5 years in Avionics Technician II with mentorship for III.
• 4–7 years for Technician III in complex electrical/avionics systems.
• Proficiency with avionics test equipment, manuals, blueprints and maintenance docs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and test avionics and electrical systems on Pilatus PC-12/PC-24.
• Perform pitot/static testing, IFR certifications per FAR 91.411/91.413.
• Execute software updates, diagnostics, and Garmin/Honeywell configurations.
• Document maintenance actions and progress in records and job cards.
• Comply with FAA regulations, specs, and safety standards.
• Mentor junior technicians; provide guidance by role level.
• Support aircraft movement, modifications, overtime, and field work as needed.
