Job summary

LGT Private Banking is seeking a motivated team member for an agile product team focused on payments and Avaloq parametrization. You will work with an empowered developer team, drive design concepts, and translate customer requirements into effective Avaloq solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement, with a path toward further Avaloq development and system integration. Fluent English or German is expected, with the other language as a plus.

Qualifications

• Avaloq parametrization in payments or securities.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience with Scrum, DevOps, Kanban; SAFe certification is an advantage.
• Systematic, independent working style and initiative.
• Excellent communication and collaborative team spirit.
• Willingness to own tasks and grow professionally.
• Fluent in English or German, with conversational ability in the other language.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the payments developer team.
• Participate in agile events and foster open communication.
• Progress toward development and Avaloq parametrization.
• Support solution design and analysis (concepts, backlog refinement).
• Analyze and implement customer requirements in Avaloq for payments, settlements and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure delivery quality through shift-left, DevOps and QA collaboration.
• Create and maintain in-house developments and interfaces.
• Operate instant payment as a container solution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through feedback and adaptation.
