LGT Private Banking in Zürich seeks a motivated team member for our agile product team with a focus on Avaloq parametrization for payments. You will work within an empowered payments developer team, translating customer needs into effective solutions and ensuring quality through DevOps practices.

You will progress in Avaloq development, design solutions, and contribute to backlog refinement while collaborating closely with QA and other stakeholders. English or German fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Avaloq parametrization in payments or securities
• Customer-oriented with analytical and solution-focused mindset
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban); SAFe certification is a plus

Aufgaben

• Be an active and engaged member of the agile payment developer team
• Participate in agile team events and foster open communication
• Progress your career towards development and Avaloq parametrization
• Support solution design and analysis (concepts, backlog refinement)
• Analyze and implement customer requirements in Avaloq for payments (settlement and cash reconciliation)
• Ensure delivery quality through shift-left, DevOps and close collaboration with QA
• Create and maintain in-house developments and interfaces
• Operate instant payment as a container solution
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through feedback and product adaptation
