Job summary

Try&Hire seeks a skilled developer to design, build, and operate backend and frontend systems for mail delivery, spam and account security. You will work across the full stack, autonomously from design to QA, delivering user-facing features and robust production systems.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with backend development in Python, PHP or Go.
• Frontend development experience with JavaScript, React or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI agents for coding.
• Experience building complex production systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead the full development process.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate systems handling mail delivery, spam and abuse detection.
• Develop user-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Take on product or project management responsibilities across planning and development.
• Ensure operational excellence of systems and their interaction with other systems.
