CDDS (Counter-Drone Defense Systems) seeks an experienced Drone Pilot & Operations Engineer near Zurich to lead flight operations, field tests, and drone platform integration. You will assemble, calibrate, and maintain UAV systems, troubleshoot issues, and travel to test sites globally to support demonstrations.

The role requires hands-on prototyping in a fast-paced startup, with readiness to travel frequently and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Flight experience with UAVs required.
• Strong hands-on experience with drone assembly, calibration and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot field and workshop issues.

• Pilot interceptor drones and support flight operations.
• Organize and conduct field tests.
