Job summary

DXC-Luxoft, a leading automotive software integrator, seeks an experienced Test Manager to drive testing strategy and delivery across automotive projects in Switzerland. You will lead test activities, ensure quality gates, and mentor testing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with test management.
• Proven experience in automotive testing domains.
• Strong knowledge of test life cycle and testing levels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the test strategy and plan.
• Track testing activities and prepare reports.
• Create and update testing templates and processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with senior test manager and feature teams.
• Monitor resources and prerequisites for testing.
• Maintain dashboards and provide regular status reports.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
