Qualifikationen

• Experience in System Engineering or Infrastructure Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with Workload Automation and/or Managed File Transfer platforms.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer and encryption technologies (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SSH, TLS, PGP/GPG).
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of networking concepts and system integration.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support enterprise Scheduling and Managed File Transfer platforms.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs, workflows, batch processes, and file transfer flows.
• Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical support to internal teams.
• Administer secure communication technologies, including SFTP, HTTPS, SSH, TLS, certificates, and PGP/GPG.
• Develop automation solutions, scripts, and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
