Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical or biotech plants.
• Proficiency with SAP, COMOS, DeltaV and MES Syncade.
• English and/or German proficiency for a diverse, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan and realize electrical MSR readiness within budget and timelines.
• Ensure seamless operation of high-automated Biologics facilities using DeltaV and MES.
• Manage GMP-compliant activities including testing, documentation and change management (Kneat/Ubik).
• Prepare and update plant documentation in SAP/COMOS for regulatory compliance.
• Determine and implement improvements in equipment and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and workflows.
