Zusammenfassung

PwC Switzerland is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Cloud, Data & AI (CD&AI) Data Engineering team. You will collaborate with clients across Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Manufacturing, and Public Services to design and implement data-driven solutions.

You will engineer end-to-end data pipelines and analytics, applying best practices in technology and consulting while growing your data engineering expertise in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in fields such as business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or engineering is preferred.
• Initial work experience in data engineering, data science, visualization, or analytics adds value.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL (multiple languages) is required.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and Databricks is essential.

Your Skill Set

• A university degree in fields such as business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any engineering discipline is preferred.
• Initial work experience in data engineering, data science, visualization, or analytics (including thesis work) adds value.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages like Python, R, SQL, or similar is required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, AWS, or DataBricks is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, coupled with a proactive attitude towards delivering client value, are vital.
• Fluency in English and German and a willingness to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally internationally, are necessary.
