Zusammenfassung

ITC is seeking an Associate Programme Officer (Temporary) in Geneva, Switzerland. Under supervision, you will support Programme Managers and the Chief Office for Africa with research, data analysis and workshop facilitation to develop client action plans for organisational change.

Your work will involve collecting and presenting statistical information from diverse sources, and assisting in consulting assignments with interactive workshops and sessions as part of change management processes.

Qualifikationen

• Carries out basic research on selected aspects of programmes, operations and other activities, collecting, analyzing and presenting statistical data from diverse sources.
• Assists in conducting consulting assignments with clients by planning and facilitating workshops and other sessions, helping develop the action plan for client change management.

Under the direct supervision of Programme Managers, and the overall guidance of the Chief Office for Africa, the Associate Programme Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carries out basic research on selected aspects of programmes, operations and other activities, including collecting, analyzing and presenting statistical data and other information gathered from diverse sources.
• Assists in performing consulting assignments, in collaboration with the client, by planning facilitating workshops, through other interactive sessions and assisting in developing the action plan the client will use to manage the change.
