DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director to lead pitches and major accounts in the DACH/EMEA region. You will drive design excellence, oversee delivery quality, and work with Strategy, UX, Content, and Tech teams across international lines to deliver measurable growth.

You bring 15+ years across brand and experience design, with a portfolio reflecting large-scale design systems, motion work, and award-worthy outcomes. Flexible hybrid work and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Over 15 years of experience in brand design, experience design (UX/UI), motion design and large-scale design systems.
• Proven work history in dynamic agency environments, collaborating with international brands and managing senior stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrates results and measurable business growth, including award-worthy work are welcome.

Aufgaben

• Lead design excellence for pitches and key accounts, setting standards for user-centered outcomes.
• Oversee design quality and delivery of pitches and projects, guiding the team to success.
• Collaborate with Strategy, UX, Content, and Technology across international teams in the EMEA region.
