Swissquote is seeking an Associate-Director in the FX & DA Trading department to lead the eFX Spot team. You will report to the Head Spot Vice-Director and manage the team’s operations, risks, and performance.

You will oversee hiring, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a high-quality trading experience for clients. The role requires deep experience in sell-side electronic FX trading, leadership capabilities, and a strong grasp of market microstructure.

• Experience in sell-side electronic FX trading.

Responsabilités

• Lead the eFX Spot team and supervise operations.
• Oversee hiring with Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Manage performance reviews and coaching.
• Own realized risk and PnL.
• Ensure compliant operations and client experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and internal teams.
• Monitor risk, orders, trades and market conditions.
• Drive product and infra improvements.
