Zusammenfassung

Medacta International is seeking designers to join the MySolution Division, developing patient-specific devices that help surgeons implant the prosthesis accurately.

You will QC CT/MRI scans, perform 3D segmentation, simulate implantation plans, and design custom instruments for each patient in a dynamic, collaborative team.

The role is permanent with shift work, mobility incentives, and ongoing training to support growth within Medacta's expanding portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Technical diploma or scientific degree in biomedical or mechanical fields.
• Max 3 years of experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD and SolidWorks.

We are looking for designers who will be part of our MySolution Division, which mainly deals in developing medical devices based on the specific patient’s anatomy that support surgeons to implant correctly the prosthesis.

The candidate will be responsible to execute the following activities:

• Quality Control of CT/MRI scans
• 3D Segmentation of patient’s anatomy
• Simulation of prosthesis implantation (surgery plan)
• Design of custom instruments for each specific patient

Hard Skills:

• Technical Diploma or Scientific Degree, preferably Biomedical and Mechanical;
• Max 3 years of experience;
• knowledge of 3D CAD, SolidWorks (nice to have);
• Fluency in English.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work in a very dynamic environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Seriousness and precision;
• Availability to work 2 shifts;
• Strong sense of organization and good aptitude for team work.
