• Generate 2nd line reports on external operational risks for the Head of Risk Management.
• Support further development of the infrastructure for 2nd line operational risk control.

• Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
• First experience in process risk management
• Work experience in one of the Big4 companies with focus on risk processes or in an international bank
• Knowledge of risk processes, internal controls, DORA etc.
• Analytical, team-oriented personality
• Outstanding work and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate, liaise and work with other departments
• Curious and challenging mindset
• Strong team player and capacity to work with other units based in several locations
• Ability to work under pressure and to take clear decisions
• Presentation and communication skills
