Job summary

TA Advisory SA in Geneva seeks a talented litigation lawyer to advise clients across Swiss civil and criminal law, corporate law, and debt enforcement matters. You will collaborate with colleagues here and abroad to devise effective litigation strategies.

The role requires drafting and refining agreements and legal submissions, handling complex matters under time pressure, and maintaining high ethics and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience as litigation lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss civil and criminal law and procedures.
• Ability to devise defensive or proactive strategies.
• High ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgement and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Russian and/or German a plus.
• Swiss Bar Exam and 3+ years post-Bar experience.

Requirements And Skills

• Experience as litigation lawyer
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Swiss civil and criminal law and applicable procedures
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong academic record
• Swiss Bar Exam and at least 3 years of experience post-Bar admission
• Fluent French and English a must, Russian and/or German a plus
