Harding is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to lead a diverse international team onboard cruise ships, delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving commercial results. Living at sea for up to six months at a time, you will support the Retail Manager and collaborate with brand and cruise line partners to raise service standards.

You will coach, mentor and develop colleagues, host events and product showcases, manage stock and events, and travel the world while accommodation and meals

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail leadership role, ideally multi-department or premium retail environment.
• Track record of motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
• Strong coaching, communication and people leadership skills.
