Cumming Group is seeking a Project Management support professional to assist in delivering complex projects across construction, real estate and infrastructure. You will support the full range of PM processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience, exposure to PM processes (risk, opportunities & issues, change control) and familiarity with basic contract forms, with a focus on integrity and stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• HND/ONC in industry sectors or equivalent.
• APM or RICS associate status.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Basic leadership technique understanding.
• 2+ years’ experience in project delivery.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day delivery of projects with minimal supervision.
• Assist in tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
• Support risk and value management.
• Ensure outputs are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comply with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
• Develop and manage project programmes with stakeholder buy-in.
