Job summary

KPMG Switzerland in Neuchâtel is seeking an Assistant Manager to Manager in Corporate Tax to drive advisory work for national and international clients. You will lead cross‑functional projects in tax matters, including M&A and restructuring, and contribute to tax accounting and Pillar 2 tasks.

Your contribution to KPMG

• Advise our national and international clients on a variety of complex corporate tax issues
• Lead and coordinate a variety of projects, including M&A and tax restructuring aspects within a multidisciplinary environment
• Demonstrate a good understanding in tax accounting, tax audit support and Pillar 2 topics
• Manage independently a number of clients and their expectations by building a strong relationship
• Manage efficiently corporate tax compliance process (i.e. review tax returns and answers to questions, etc.)
• Share knowledge to train and develop junior colleagues
