MRPS invites applications for a Community Health and Care Assistant (CHCA) on a permanent basis in Geneva. The CHCA will provide personalized care under medical delegation for non-complex nursing needs, identify resident requirements, and maintain documentation under the MRPS framework.

The role involves reassessment of care, communication with physicians, and supervising nursing assistants to support a resident-centered life project in a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• CHCA diploma required.
• Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics would be an asset.
• Interpersonal skills, empathy and flexibility are essential.
• Ability to work interdisciplinarily.
• Proficiency in common office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Mansioni

• Provide personalised care under medical/nursing delegation for non-complex nursing situations.
• Identify residents' needs and dependency levels, collect data per MRPS framework.
• Reassess care evolution and inform doctors or nurses of changes.
• Promote community life projects with residents and relatives.
