Zusammenfassung

Rollomatic SA in Switzerland is seeking a 100% Purchasing Assistant (M/F) to join our private manufacturing company specializing in high-precision CNC machines. You will handle supplier invoices, process order confirmations and support the purchasing team with administrative tasks.

We value accuracy, strong command of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (ideally ProConcept). Fluent French with good German or English helps coordinate with our international supplier base.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Experience in invoice processing essential
• Very good knowledge of office tools (MS Office)
• Proficiency in an ERP (ideally ProConcept)
• Native French speaker with good oral knowledge of German and/or English
• Accuracy in data entry and task processing
• Good organisation and sense of priorities
• Good communication and work planning skills
