Destinus is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician to assemble and test UAV prototypes and small production batches. You will wire, solder, and test assemblies, while maintaining documentation and BOMs. The role includes organizing components, tools, and inventory to support R&D and low-volume production in a lab environment.
You will work with hardware and software teams, improve test processes, and ensure reliable, high-quality results using common lab equipment and clean, structured cabling.
As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing prototypes and small production batches of our UAV systems. Working closely with the hardware and software team, you will ensure that each product is built, wired and tested to the highest quality standards before validation and deployment.
This role combining mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, soldering and functional testing.
You will also prepare and maintain assembly and test documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions and test procedures to support efficient and repeatable production.
In addition, you will help organize the office by managing components, tools and inventory, ensuring that materials are available and the workspace remains efficient and well structured. Your work will be an important role in supporting prototype development as well as low-volume production.
