Expleo invites a highly skilled Aseptic Production Engineer to join its Neuchâtel team in French-speaking Switzerland. The role ensures continuity of production, strengthens process robustness and drives continuous improvement across aseptic and sterilised operations under GMP.

The candidate will lead root cause analyses, support CAPEX projects and coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Supply Chain to optimise reliability and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech production management.
• Experience in sterile aseptic processing and sterilisation within GMP.
• Strong continuous improvement experience; certification is a plus.
• Fluent in French with professional English skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure production compliance and reliability with GMP expertise.
• Collaborate with other departments to limit unforeseen events and implement remediation plans.
• Support CAPEX projects and coordinate with Supply Chain to optimise the production plan.
