Michael Page is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for an urgent interim assignment in Zurich. The role focuses on building an automated EMEA revenue dashboard and delivering analytics solutions across channels, with a strong emphasis on data quality and governance.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial Analytics, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable models and executive-facing dashboards, in a hybrid Zurich setup (2-3 days onsite) for a 20-week engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, Finance.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, Commercial Analytics or Financial Analytics environments.
• Strong SQL and advanced analytics capabilities, with experience in dashboards.
• Experience designing semantic layers and scalable data models for BI platforms.

• Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy
• Partner closely with Finance, Commercial Analytics, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or Financial Analytics environments
• Strong expertise in SQL and advanced analytical techniques
• Proven track record building automated dashboards and executive reporting solutions
• Experience designing semantic layers and scalable data models for BI platforms
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools; Looker experience is highly advantageous
• Exposure to cloud data platforms, ideally GCP and BigQuery
• Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics, revenue analytics, and business KPIs
• Experience in retail and/or consumer goods is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter capable of delivering quickly in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
