Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre Creative Studio in Geneva seeks an established art director to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and maintain the Maison’s identity across campaigns, digital content, social media and print materials.

You will lead moodboards, art direction treatments and storyboards, collaborating with production teams to ensure cohesive assets and timely delivery for events and retail communications.

Qualifications

• Established experience in art direction within an agency or an in-house creative studio.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual culture, a keen eye for composition and typography, and the ability to take a concept through to execution.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with a sound understanding of photo and video production workflows.
• Experience with motion design or AI tools applied to creative development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creative concepts and visual development for product and brand campaigns, digital content, social media and print materials.
• Photo and video production support, including references, lighting, styling, and asset consistency.
• Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines and handover deliverables.
