ETH Zürich is seeking a motivated Scientific / Research Assistant to join the PRISM project in D-ARCH. You will work across architectural content, digital tools, and AI-supported processes, contributing to drawing archiving, AI model training, and full-stack development.

The role involves collaboration with project leads and a student assistant, with a 20–40% workload and a 1-year term starting Oct 1, 2026. English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Background in architecture with interest in drawing and spatial representation.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and digital methods in architecture.
• Experience with Python programming and modern web development.
• Ability to work independently within a small team and communicate effectively.
• English communication skills; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support drawing archiving and digitisation processes.
• Assist in AI model training and image labelling.
• Contribute to database build‑up, full stack development and UX/UI implementation.
• Help set up and maintain ETH digital infrastructure.
• Participate in project coordination, documentation, and communication.
• Contribute to integrating project outcomes into teaching.
• Apply for funding for larger grants.
