During the three to four-year apprenticeship period, the apprentices pass through different departments and areas and thus get an overview of the entire company. The exchange and cooperation between apprentices from different professions is strongly encouraged. For example, the apprentices organise occasions and events, work together as a project team and thus learn a high level of social and professional competence.
