BLP Digital in Switzerland is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build AI-powered internal tools that accelerate hiring, finance, and operations. You will work at the frontier of LLMs, AI agents, and emerging tooling, applying them to our own workflows and systems.

• Technical background with real building experience.
• Familiar with modern AI tooling and LLMs.
• Startup or entrepreneurial DNA with shipped infra/tools.
• Excellent communication in English; German skills are a plus.
