Zusammenfassung

Klanik, société de conseil IT, recherche un Application Support Engineer au sein de l'équipe IT Trading pour Lausanne. Vous analyserez et résoudrez les incidents rencontrés par les utilisateurs et contribuerez à développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités répondant aux besoins clients.

Le candidat doit posséder Python, Pandas, Linux et une formation supérieure en informatique, avec une expérience en support des applications critiques, et des compétences en SQL, Java et cloud AWS appréciées.

Qualifikationen

• Compétences indispensables: Python, Pandas, Linux et diplôme universitaire en informatique ou équivalent.
• Expérience pratique du support 1er/2e niveau d'applications critiques métier.
• Administration Linux et Windows.
• Compétences en rédaction de requêtes SQL.
• La connaissance de Java, AWS Cloud, Bash et développement Full Stack est un plus.
• Connaissance d'Excel et d'Excel VBA fortement appréciée.

Aufgaben

• Analyser et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les utilisateurs et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Réaliser le développement logiciel (spécifications, modélisation, conception, codage) dans le cadre des contraintes techniques et métier.
• Déterminer les choix techniques pour consolider l'architecture.

Application Support Engineer - IT Trading Team

• Analyze and fix the problems encountered by users and develop new functionalities to meet the customer's needs ;


• Carry out software development (specifications, modeling, design, coding) while respecting technical and business constraints ;


• Determine the technical choices allowing to consolidate the architecture;

Profil

Must skills:

Python, Pandas, Software Engineering, University degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, Linux

• Hands on experience with 1st or 2nd level support of Business-Critical Applications


• Experience in Linux and Windows administration


• Experience in writing SQL queries


• Schematic, Java, AWS Cloud Services, Bash scripting, Full Stack development appreciated.


• C#, Selenium, Outlook VBA can be useful but not mandatory


• Very good knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA
