Mammut is seeking an Intern for the Development Lab to work with designers and developers on a range of R&D topics from innovation methods to prototyping and testing. The role requires strong textile knowledge, sewing skills, and capability to present ideas visually.

Qualifikationen

• MA or BA in Textile & Clothing Technology, or design/mechanical engineering related field.
• Solid sewing and garment making skills; experience with functional clothing methods preferred.
• Ability to generate solution-oriented ideas and present visually.
• Prototyping methods and garment solution development experience.
• Knowledge of Illustrator for technical sketches; good English; German desirable.

Aufgaben

• Participation in various R&D projects for Apparel; ideation, sketches, mock-up development, prototype sewing, testing procedures, and result presentation.
• Lab maintenance tasks to support prototypes and equipment in a collaborative space.
• Support in organizing and running events such as Open Lab Days.
