ITech Consult AG in Zurich and the surrounding area is seeking 2 experienced Android Developers to advance a modern mobile banking app. You will work closely with business and development teams in a professional agile environment, focusing on Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to deliver scalable mobile solutions.

The role involves developing native Android apps, implementing KMP, and contributing to the technical evolution of the mobile platform within a hybrid Swiss work model.

Qualifikationen

Project:

For the further development of a business-critical and modern mobile banking application, we are looking for 2 experienced Android Developers with proven expertise in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). You will play a central role in the further development of mobile solutions and work closely with experienced business and development teams in a professional agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Development and further development of native Android applications using Kotlin
• Development and implementation of Kotlin Multiplatform solutions
• Implementation of new features and continuous optimization of the existing mobile application
• Development of reusable and cross-platform components using KMP
• Working within an agile Scrum team
• Taking on DevOps responsibilities within the team
• Collaboration within an Agile Release Train (ART)
• Ensuring the quality, performance, stability, and maintainability of the application
• Analyzing complex technical requirements and implementing sustainable solutions
• Actively contributing to the technical evolution of the mobile banking platform

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience (8-12 years) in Android development
• Very strong knowledge of Kotlin
• Practical experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Experience with modern native mobile application development
• Experience with Scrum, DevOps, and agile development organizations
• Experience working within an Agile Release Train (ART)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong quality awareness and excellent technical skills
• Strong teamwork, ownership, and communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility for the technical quality and further development of the application
