Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer (Swift & Kotlin) to join an agile Scrum team working on modern mobile banking applications for leading banking and insurance clients in Switzerland.

You will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of mobile applications for both iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin), while also taking on DevOps responsibilities within an Agile Release Train (ART).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve mobile banking applications for iOS and Android
• Build high-quality features using Swift and SwiftUI
• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin
• Implement new features and optimize existing mobile applications
• Take ownership of DevOps responsibilities within an ART
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, business stakeholders, and other Scrum team members
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solution-oriented improvements
• Ensure high standards of application quality, performance, and maintainability

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in mobile application development
• Strong hands-on experience with iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI
• Strong hands-on experience with Android development using Kotlin
• Experience developing and enhancing production-grade mobile applications
• Willingness and ability to take on DevOps responsibilities
• Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum
• Experience with ART / Agile Release Train environments is highly desirable
• Experience in mobile banking or financial services is a strong advantage
