Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or MSc with extensive industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of scientific teams.
• Strong experience with GLP and regulated environments.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of analytical scientists while ensuring high-quality GLP-compliant outputs.
• Establish and manage a GLP-compliant laboratory with SOPs, training, and workflows.
• Lead analytical method development, validation, and implementation for materials and products.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain GLP compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, budgeting, and resource management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for product development and investigations.
• Review and approve technical reports, protocols, and lab documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement with new analytical technologies and safety culture.
