Swiss AviationSoftware Ltd. is seeking a Business Consultant to drive AMOS implementations and digital transformations for airline and MRO customers in the EMEA region. You will lead projects from kickoff to go-live, shaping scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates bring deep AMOS know-how, strong project management, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, API integrations and process mapping. Willingness to travel and Basel relocation preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing digital implementation projects in airline or MRO environments.
• Deep, hands-on AMOS knowledge at a Key-User or Super-User level.
• Experience in scheduling, scoping and stakeholder management; PMP is a plus.
• Strong digital acumen: system configuration, mobility, API integrations, data analysis.
• Ability to map processes using Lean, Value-Chain and BPMN.

Aufgaben

• Lead AMOS implementation projects across the customer lifecycle—from Kick-Off through to Go-Live.
• Define scope, create timelines, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder expectations with precision.
• Collaborate with clients to embed AMOS-powered MRO processes (Aviatar & flydocs).
• Share knowledge with customers and internal teams through workshops and upskilling sessions.
