Harmattan AI in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Design Release Manager to own the manufacturing dossier for composite airframe modules, driving DFM and DFA inside the design loop. You will set and enforce release standards, define GD&T, manage engineering change orders, and act as the final authority for product transfer gates to manufacturing.

Collaborate with mechanical design engineers and suppliers to optimize layups, tooling interfaces, and tolerances while ensuring fast,

Competenze

Proven GD&T mastery and tolerance stack-up analyses.
Strong knowledge of composite layups, tooling, cure cycles.
Experience owning released drawing packages and BOM structures.
Experience running engineering change order workflows.
Ability to integrate manufacturing and assembly in design reviews.
Professional proficiency in English and French.

Mansioni

Own and maintain the complete manufacturing transfer dossier for airframe modules.
