Job summary

Skyguide is seeking experienced Air Traffic Controllers for its Area Control Center in Geneva. You will join the Geneva operations, undergo required training, and obtain the necessary unit endorsement.

The role requires holding an ATCO license with ACS rating, at least 3 years’ high-density experience, an ATC medical certificate, ICAO English Level 4, and basic French (B2) on start. Flexible working options and strong development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Holder of a current ATCO license (preferably recognized by EASA) with valid ACS rating.
• Minimum of 3 years' operations experience as an Air Traffic Controller in a high density/complexity environment.
• Valid Air Traffic Control medical certificate.
• ICAO Level 4 language proficiency in English.
• Basic French skills (ideally B2 level) upon taking up the job.

Responsibilities

• Manage air traffic within designated airspace in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Ensure the provision of safe, fluid, and efficient air navigation service.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with pilots, other sectors, and other air traffic control centres.

Your mission:

As an experienced Air Traffic Controller, you will be assigned to our Area Control Center in Geneva and undergo the necessary training to obtain the required unit endorsement.
