Your mission
- Harmonize the different AI tools and initiatives already taking shape across teams into one coherent, company-wide approach
- Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows - using agents, skills, and similar methods - that put our AI strategy into practice
- Own the AI infrastructure - cloud and on-premises - that powers these workflows, from architecture through deployment
- Serve as the internal reference point for AI, advising projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions
- Vet and validate externally sourced AI components before they enter our products or processes
- Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on enablement
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture
- A proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production - not just a proof of concept
- Working knowledge of both cloud-based and on-premises or local AI infrastructure
- Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth into terms non-technical stakeholders act on
