Job summary

Cascination is seeking a senior AI/ML engineering or solution architect to harmonize tools and initiatives across teams, and to design AI-driven workflows that operationalize our AI strategy. You will own the AI infrastructure, spanning cloud and on-premises, and advise on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions.

You will vet external AI components and mentor colleagues, growing AI literacy across the organization as we scale in a fast-growing medtech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture.
• A proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production.
• Working knowledge of both cloud-based and on-premises AI infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth into terms non-technical stakeholders act on.
