Job summary

Redalpine Venture Partners AG offers a 4–6 month full-time internship in AI & software engineering with offices in Zug, Berlin, or London (London only if visa/rights). You will help build internal tooling, data pipelines, and intelligent automations, moving ideas from prototype to production in a fast-paced VC tech environment.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid coding skills and a fundamentals-based mindset.
Hands-on experience from internships, projects, or open-source.
Ability to ship quickly and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Core Engineering: contribute to backend services, data pipelines, and internal tooling.
Rapid Prototyping: build and iterate on internal tools and AI features from idea to prototype.
AI & Automation: leverage AI tools and APIs to automate workflows.
Product-Oriented Thinking: translate workflows into practical technical solutions.
Tech Stack: work with Elixir and Phoenix, picking up the stack quickly.
