Zusammenfassung

iudexnc AG, a Zurich-based pre-seed AI startup, is building tools to automate coverage checks and case handling for legal insurance. We craft LLM-powered workflows at the intersection of document understanding and domain-specific reasoning, with emphasis on accuracy, traceability, and auditability.

As an Engineering Intern — AI/Data, you will support data pipelines, LLM agent workflows, and evaluation infrastructure, with room to dive deeper in one area while gaining exposure to the full stack.

Qualifikationen

• Near completion of your degree in CS/DS/Math or related field.
• Solid programming skills, preferably TypeScript/Node.js.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with real-world data.
• English communication and ownership mindset.
• Full-time internship for 6 months; on-site in Zurich at least twice weekly.

Aufgaben

• Build data pipelines for insurance policy documents and case descriptions.
• Develop AI-ready structuring including metadata extraction and schema design.
• Prototype and implement LLM agent workflows for coverage analysis.
• Assist with indexing, embeddings, and retrieval for legal content.
• Create evaluation sets, run experiments, analyze failures.
• Write clean TypeScript code and improve observability.
• Collaborate closely with founder and domain experts.
