Pictet Group in Geneva is seeking a cybersecurity engineer to join the Tech & Cyber Risk service within the Pictet Tech division. You will develop AI-powered automation to boost detection and incident response capabilities while aligning with security controls for AI‑enabled environments.

The role requires 2–3 years in cybersecurity, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), IaC (Terraform), and strong English/French communication.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, automation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of detection engineering, incident response, and security operations.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, integrations, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and AI-driven automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement AI-powered automation initiatives to enhance cybersecurity operations and improve operational and detection efficiency.
• Automate cybersecurity workflows, including alert triage, investigation processes, case management activities, and operational reporting.
• Contribute to the security of AI-enabled technologies, including AI agents, agentic workflows, AI gateways, MCP servers, and related platforms.
• Support the monitoring and protection of AI and LLM-based applications by implementing security controls and detection capabilities collaborating with Pictet Tech teams to define security requirements.
• Develop and improve detection use cases to identify threats targeting both traditional and AI-enabled environments.
• Participate in cybersecurity investigations and incident response activities, using operational findings to continuously improve automation and detection capabilities.
• Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and operationalization of emerging AI technologies within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
