Zusammenfassung

OPZIQ AG is seeking a highly capable AI Process Optimization Specialist to lead the implementation of AI across internal systems and business functions in Switzerland. You will identify inefficiencies and design intelligent automation to boost performance and scalability.

You will analyze workflows, develop and test AI models (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI development, automation, or business optimization.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data handling, analysis, and visualization tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages; experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with data handling, analysis, and visualization tools.

• Prior experience in an operations-heavy or consulting environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
