Job summary

ELCA Advisory, part of the ELCA Group, is seeking a Consultant to strengthen our Lausanne/Pully and Geneva teams. You will contribute to advisory work, business analysis, and transformation initiatives, collaborating with deep-tech experts across the ELCA Group.

You will engage with decision-makers, support strategy-to-implementation interfaces, and help deliver workstreams while coaching junior colleagues and expanding our knowledge network. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in transforming organizations through technology and society impact
• Experience in strategy/management or technology consulting preferred
• Ability to present analyses and facilitate workshops with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with decision-makers and senior stakeholders at client organisations
• Shape the interface between business and IT from strategy to implementation
• Support the execution of workstreams and projects with guidance
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and workshop materials for client interactions
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge exchange within the team
• Contribute to client relationship development and consulting offerings
