Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team, 1:1s, hiring, and career development.
• Strong Python and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• IaC and observability tooling familiarity.
• Experience with LLМ/Generative AI infrastructure is a plus.
