iDIP Solution is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to develop applications using our low-code platform and AI assistant in Sirnach, Switzerland. You will implement concepts from our consultants, integrate third-party systems, and collaborate across a project team.

The role welcomes recent graduates with a CS background, a strong motivation, and an interest in manufacturing and smart factory environments. Remote work options and flexible hours are available within the 80–100% schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a comparable qualification, or an apprenticeship with additional training.
• Initial experience with software development projects; recent graduates welcome.
• Demonstrated motivation, team spirit and strong commitment.
• Enthusiasm for development using low-code and AI-powered tools.
• Understanding of interfaces and integration of peripheral systems.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Interest in manufacturing and smart factory environments.
• Plus: OT, machine integration or control systems experience.
• Good written and spoken German skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop technical solutions using low-code and AI assistants to build complete applications.
• Create the technical concept or support the consultant with the technical aspects of the solution concept.
• Integrate peripheral systems via interfaces and connect machines.
• Test the developed solutions and assist with bug fixes through to customer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and the project team.
