Qualifikationen

• A BSc or MSc degree in a relevant technical field (CS, EE, Data Science).
• Versatile profile capable of software-heavy work and people-driven integration.
• Strong attention to detail, technical excellence and client focus.
• Proficient in Python, C#, C++, or modern web frameworks.
• Fluency with GenAI systems, agentic design patterns, and prompt engineering.
• Practical RAG and LLM experience: grounding, structured outputs, evaluation.
• Solid engineering discipline: version control, CI/CD, testing.
• Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders; consulting experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and build agentic systems for hard, strategic problems with structured outputs.
• Develop advanced human-interfacing AI agents and workflows.
• Engineer the supporting stack: APIs, data models, integrations, auditing.
• Stand up evaluation harnesses and drive quality of results.
• Collaborate with client teams and hand over deliverables.
• Create high-quality material for technical client presentations.
• Coach or train client teams across industries on AI solutions.
