Aufgaben

• Support the stewardship of staff-facing tools as part of TDI’s institutional portfolio approach.
• Help define employee needs, business needs, and functional requirements for workplace technology and AI tools.
• Support platform strategy and roadmap activities, including assessing fit within the Forum landscape.
• Contribute to vendor selection, supplier engagement, and enterprise fit discussions.
• Support data, integration, security, access, and governance requirements.
• Develop staff guidance, user communications, and adoption materials; support change management and launches.
