Job summary

Adecco Group in Switzerland is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist who combines hands-on candidate engagement with a deep understanding of customer needs and digital solutions. You will support recruitment assignments from briefing to successful placement across temporary and permanent staffing, driving efficiencies with AI-powered tools.

You will work closely with sales, branches and IT, improving workflows and introducing digital processes while maintaining high-quality candidate profiles

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally with Swiss labour market understanding.
• Comfort with digital recruitment solutions and AI/automation trends.
• Strong communication with clients and candidates; ability to set priorities with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from understanding hiring needs to placement across temp and permanent staffing.
• Source and engage candidates through networks, digital channels and talent databases using AI-assisted tools.
• Review profiles, conduct initial interviews and prepare compelling candidate profiles for clients.
• Identify new business potential and contribute to shared success with a commercial mindset.
• Collaborate with sales, branches and IT to ensure clear, reliable communication.
• Improve workflows and support introduction of digital tools and automated processes.
• Monitor quality and responsiveness and translate insights into practical improvements.
