Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English; French and Swiss German are assets.
• 5 years in enterprise architecture, presales, consulting, or business development with customer-facing outcomes.
• Knowledge of SAP solution suite in insurance and enterprise architecture methodologies.

• Lead key customer engagements in the Swiss insurance market from discovery through roadmap design and adoption.
• Shape and communicate the SAP Autonomous Enterprise vision with future-state capabilities and architecture.
• Design and position SAP Business AI platform use cases and AI deployment roadmaps with measurable value.
• Map SAP capabilities to insurance requirements across property & casualty, life, health, and reinsurance.
• Build governance and regulatory alignment into AI architecture and ensure cross-stakeholder collaboration.
