Job summary

Hexagon Geosystems is seeking a Software Test Architect (AI Enablement) for Embedded Systems in Heerbrugg. You will define and drive the testing and quality strategy across the full embedded stack, from OS and sensors to application-level C++ software and exposed APIs.

You will lead development and implementation of test automation concepts, quality processes, and AI-enabled testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and CI/CD integration will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills in Python; C/C++/C# is a plus.
• Expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, CI/CD integration.
• Experience in test automation for embedded systems and AI-enabled QA.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the testing and quality strategy across the embedded stack.
• Develop and implement test automation concepts and quality processes.
• Lead design and maintenance of automated test infrastructure and HIL setups.
• Coach teams on quality strategies for software products and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and R&D.
